Today’s smoothie is made of coconut milk, steel cut oatmeal and Flax seed dust. Fruits I added to my smoothie are (Frozen) Pineapples, Strawberries, Raspberries and a Banana. Blend to your preferred smoothness and enjoy your delightful morning boost!

4 Tsp of Steel Cut Oatmeal

 1 Tsp of Flax Seed Dust

8 Pieces of Pineapples

4 Strawberries

3 Raspberries

1/2 a Banana
